I went to Casa Rasta (a store at Time Sqare) a few days ago and bought a bag for 25 US. I used the bag as a carry on for my plane journey home and the bag starter to fall apart.
Also I bough a silver bracelet that was over priced but silly me I went and bought it. Now that the bag has fallen apart, I am begining to wonder whether the bracelet is actually real.
The man in this store is so desperate for your money that he sells items that are not fit for purpose and fall apart within 2 days of use.
Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off.

Fantastic souvenir trip. You have to go visit shop number 10. The owner is lovely and very friendly. Prices are definitely the cheapest you find anyehere. We ended up going back twice as it was so cheap.

Good to just get out of the resort for a day, be a good stop for a quick shop. Not a lot open while we were here. Sept 2022.

We visited on the 2nd April 2022 a ten minute drive from our hotel with the idea of having a wander round for a couple of hours. On arriving you are asked to sanitise your hands and wear a mask going into the shops so take on with you. The sad thing was there was only about six or so shops open all selling the same thing ( tourist gifts trinkets T shirts ) so if you need to take that kind of thing home then pay it a quick visit all the shops are offering deals so check out the prices in all of them before you buy.
It’s not really a mall as we would expect just a square of little shops. About three quarters of them are still closed and their is no facility to buy a drink. Basically it quite sad its really not worth a visit particularly if you are more than a few minutes away. You may as well buy in the hotel and save your taxi fair. In the end we stayed about twenty minutes. So disappointing.

Visited here a couple of times during our stay in Negril. It's only really just kind of reopening & not all shops have done so but there's more then enough to make the trip worthwhile.

Majority of shops are of the same theme selling souvenirs of sorts, clothing, towels & a multitude of Jamaican featured odds and ends. Also there is a jewellery shop. Had the standard temperature check and compulsory hand sanatiser experience before entering the mall.

One particular shop that stood out was one called 'Caribanas' It's ran by a very friendly lady called Chrisma and her husband. We found the whole experience very easy with a no pressure approach (which wasn't our experience beforehand) No need to haggle down from hyperinflated prices as Chrisma gave everyone the best price first. Whilst we were in there the first time a couple had returned back to the shop because of the service they had received last year so the shop must be doing something right.

Chrisma even allowed and helped us take some photos of various themed clothing so we could send them back home to help solve a dilemma, Lol

I'm sure all the shops in the mall will be as friendly as 'Caribanas' but that shop is definitely worth a visit.

Our group went here to buy souvenirs and for that purpose, this was a good place to go. Most had similar things and similar prices. I think they overpriced then discounted ('sales') to entice shoppers. Overall, everything was negotiable, which got exhausting. Have an idea of what you are willing to pay (if you like something, what are you willing to pay for it?) and then be ready to walk away if too high.

Was about 5 minute walk from our resort. Good experience, we came here 3 times. Shops are all similar. stores will give you cheaper then one of the other stores.. Prices are high and you're told 20% off, but you can barter lower prices.. we spent money here. Alcohol, souvenirs, etc. One shop sells Jamaican patties that were delicious.. over all good experience. Airport seemed to be cheaper by a couple of dollars on some items. Vendors on the beach were more expensive..

It's basically 5 souvenir shops with the same Bob Marley shirts you see everywhere. Don't waste time here. Enjoy the sun and take a walk on the wonderful beach instead :)

We got a taxi here from our hotel on a rainy day. We were about 15 minutes away. The driver dropped us off and said he’d come back for us in an hour. Luckily I asked him to wait. Good job too, we were only there about 20 minutes if that. All the shops are basically the same. Everything is marked up so you should barter if you want to buy. There’s a cigar shop that also sells cigarettes but they aren’t any cheeper than the shops on the beach. There’s also a jewellery shop.
The giant Bob Marley statue was the best bit. Worth a trip if you’re not too far away and it’s raining but I wouldn’t say it’s a must do.
