A wide variety of plant life in a comfortable natural environment. Some nice opportunities for photographers to capture a number of flowers and plants. Friendly people for a guided tour. The walk down to the falls is fairly steep for those who have difficulty with...More

My wife and I visited here on a Princess cruise excursion. It was an adventure in itself just going up the steep, narrow, not so well maintained road to the gardens. We are glad Gregory was driving the bus. At the gardens we were met by...More

My husband and I loved this place! Our guide knew details about EVERY plant. He was very entertaining and you could tell enjoyed his job. Highlights included: creepy banana spiders hanging over our heads, poinsettias, bouquet of flowers our guide presented to me at the...More

We went with family and our 7 month old daughter. It is off the beaten track and the road to the park is particularly bad so you will need a 4x4. We were escorted round by a security guard who also doubled as a guide....More

The rains have washed the road out to this attraction. Mostly likley a heavy duty four wheel drive could handle it, but not our rental car during our last visit. We have been up to Shaw Park numerous times just for the gorgeous view of...More

This is an unspoilt piece of paradise just outside downtown Ocho Rios. We spent a few hours in the gardens, just enjoying the green space and peacefulness. Be warned that the falls are beautiful but not for climbing. It is also a long climb down...More

Visited Shaw Park Gardens today, a really pleasant experience. The guide was knowledgable and entertaining. As well as the stunning plants and waterfall, the humming birds were amazing.

Afraid not. There were several levels to the gardens and very few slops. We went with a 7 month old baby and had you carry her as her stroller was of no use in the terrain.
