Scheduling a ride online was very easy. On the day of my arrival Ricardo was in contact with me as soon as my flight touched down. He made sure car was ready as soon as we got out. He also called to find out how the ride went. He also arranged a pickup on the day we left. The transfers to the hotel and back to the airport was seamless thanks to Ricardo.

This was my first trip to the DR and I wasn’t sure what to expect at the airport. Jhonassy made it stress free and seamless to find our van, and was a delight after the 4 hour flight. A great start to the time here. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling here.

Booking airport transfer with Transekur was easy and the best decision we made. Everyone we dealt with was on time, friendly, and professional. Upon exiting the airport terminal there was someone outside holding a sign with our name. Our driver promptly pulled up to the terminal and away we went. Our driver for our return trip to airport Isaac P. was on time (actually early and waited until we were ready), friendly and professional. Great experience with Transekur.

We landed late, the airplane sat on runway for a while and it took about 1.5 hours to get outside. The transportation service waited for us. We were very thankful. They even gave us a brand new vehicle to take our whole family.

I used Transekur to get from Punta Cana airport to the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana with my family. Everything was simple and quick from finding the counter at the airport with my name to hotel arrival. Right away Ricardo greeted us at the airport counter and got us to our bus. He helped load up the bags, and the driver Amaris was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use them again!

The moment we left baggage claim we easily found the counter. A gentleman escorted us to our driver Francisco. It was super easy! No stress. Our drive to the hotel was great, Francisco drove safely and without haste. The big surprise was when we go to our room Francisco was featured on the Hyatt welcome video! Our drive home was even better, we were able to delay our pickup 45 minute easily, furthermore having the drivers direct number to text makes things so much more fluid and easy. Thank you again! We will for sure be using this service on our next vacation to Dominican Republic!

Usually when you book a company you haven’t used before for transportation you hold your breath that the seats are not torn up and the inside smells, but the SUV that picked us up was very clean and pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air using Transekur for my transportation from PUJ for vacation, especially traveling with two little ones. They provide car seats so you don’t have to drag your car seats with you and they are very affordable!
