We loved Arashi for the views and for the scenery. It was much less crowded than the beaches around the high rises and had opportunity for snorkeling in the area.

Came down twice late in the day for some time at the beach and to watch the sunset. Steeper than other beaches on the island but good sand and small waves. Stayed the second time until it was dark and just walked along the shore....More

Beautiful beach- we snorkeled there and you had to swim more towards Boca Catalina to see some great stuff. The beach shack offers some great drinks and snacks. You can pay for beach chairs and if you do you can use the bathrooms and one...More

On our way to the California Lighthouse I spotted this beach and decided to stay for the day. I felt the water was much clearer than the bigger beaches. There is a restaurant at the beach if you forget to bring food with you. This...More

Excellent beach with parking and snack bar close to the California lighthouse. Go early to get a free palapa otherwise there is no shade. Chair rental is $7 for the day.

This is a great beach for families that offers some palapas for shade. You can also rent large umbrellas for shade. The sand and water are great. The snorkeling is good but you must swim out a bit. After getting away from the beach, there...More

We visited Arashi beach as a port adventure from a Disney cruise. While the beach itself is very nice and the water is beautiful, you need to remember that Aruba is a volcanic island and there are a ton of rocks beneath the water at...More

Arashi is a smaller beach with chairs and umbrellas for rent. We brought our own snorkel gear and saw a good variety of fish, eel, stingray, and more. The entrance to the water is a little steep and rock in some places. There were a...More

Arashi beach is just a short drive north of the hustle and bustle of the high-rise area. We found it early on during our vacation while touring the island, and it became our favorite beach for a day of relaxing in the sun. This beach...More

There are no lockers. But I did have my bag taken on Arashi a couple of years ago and there were a few people who had their stuff taken just leaving it on a palapa or towel. I did buy a Kyss bag, It has a chain with a... More

Very easy, just walk out of the cruise terminal and there are plenty of taxis to choose from. When you get to the beach they will ask you what time you want to return and take your photo graph. this enables them to... More

No lockers but it's pretty low key and safe. We put our items under one of the cabana type areas and never had a problem. Not a super touristy area, so usually plenty of spots to spread out. We rented lounge chairs, I think... More
