Easy to access, low cost to enter, great for views and for photographs. A lot of history here. If the city council were able to provide some displays which are written in English then a western visitor will benefit from the additional information.

Sprawling relic of British rule of this area. Wonderful view of the ocean from the top, lots of selfie opportunities in old cells, etc. Graves of British administrators are inside. There's just something about the place that suggests the deep history of the area.

Historic place to spend an hour or so, especially for families. Bring your camera for great pictures of the surrounding area and architectural backgrounds.

A very nice historical places, but not well-preserved by some authorized party, need a lot of improvement in terms of facilities, but worth to visit if you came to Bengkulu.
