£2 to park for 2hours or £5 all day. van selling hot food and drinks on site but the main reason of course is to see the seals on the beach which was great to see, had a great time being there. was a bit nippy so did not hang around.

I have travelled the world and saw the seals in many places, but nothing is better then just half an hour drive from home. Gt Yarmouth is only short drive. But unfortunately not many tourists coming to Great Yarmouth simply does not know ab this place. I know it for certain when ask my customers, holiday makers. I really wish the advertising ab this wonderful place is more advanced. Where else you can see a colony of seals so close to you! They are always there between October-January. New pups are born then. Colonies normally on the beach. Single seals or couples came come to the dunes. You need to be very careful when walking there, there is lovely walk as well. In summer the colonies also could be there but more likely single seals are in the water. If you brave enough to swim in the sea, keep in mind that you can come across a seal or two. They normally don't come very close to people and very friendly, even though have all right be unhappy with intruders. Lol. If you are on holiday in Great Yarmouth, don't miss this attraction.

What a treat to be able to get so close to the seals - around 30 of them of all shapes, sizes and colours bunched together on a patch of beach, with others popping out of the waves to join them. Initially we turned left and saw the occasional bobbing head, but then turned right from the main entrance and a few hundred yards down found this group.

We were having a post lockdown break and drove here to see the beach. We were amazed by the wonder of seeing the seals. We have travelled around the world following wildlife and this was the most incredible experience. It was a privilege to stand above the beach and see hundreds of seals of all ages. We were impressed the way that the knowledgeable volunteer wardens organised the visitors so that everyone could see the seals clearly from the dunes just above the beach whilst protecting the seals from undue stress. In a dark year this was an amazing and uplifting time.

I’ve been around the world to see spectacles like the seals on Horsey beach in the winter, and it’s right on my doorstep. We parked at the NT wind pump and had a lovely 40 minute walk each way. You will need around 3 hours or more.
