We spent four days in the mine playing, climbing, painting. You get anything you need inside from drinks to food at the restaurant. Temperature is around 16 degrees, you can have coffee or tea for warming up if needed. Prices are moderate, food is good....More

The access in the mine is done by a bus (a very old one). From the bus you have to go downstairs a lot (few floors!). This is not all, when you leave, you have to climb another A LOT of stairs, with a baby...More

A very interstitial goal worth visiting. Apart from the saline air that is is beneficial to the body in the saline there are many recreational solutions.

When did you last go down a mine by bus. Great fun. A bit commercialised at the bottom but well worth the visit.

When you wisited Polish salt mine at Wieliczka it is not worth spending time. Staff drives you by bus into the mine and inside there is just one cave to walk. Almost no information about mine

If you like to go under ground in this type of salt mine I advice to try also this salt mine which is now only for tourists, is same like Turda salt mine but is longer and not so high (tall)
