This is our local branch of cineworld but we avoid it at all costs. It's small, dirty and not well run.

Went to cinema with boh for first time for ages to see Once upon a Time in Hollywood on a Thursday night. No indicator outside screen entrances to say what film was on where (they used to be there). Staff said they broke and decision taken not to replace them. Yes, email ticket said the screen number but that is in tiny print and 4g signal not great indoors. Finally found our screen - 9 - which after main lights turned of for film still had three bright ceiling lights in line to the screen - and the film itself was quite dark. Waist of money. Prices extremely expensive, if you want to take your kids out for a cinema day, be prepared to spend a hundred £££. A small ( regular they call...) size of popcorn will cost you £5. Honestly - rip off on the middle of the day!!! How much a bag of pop corn seed cost? Yeah, for a £5 you get few bags of those seeds and then you make sooooo much moooooore popcorn. On top of that stuff incredibly rude and clearly you can see - they hate being there! Please do yourself a favour and avoid visiting this place!…

So toilets all new, although the individual cubicles in the ladies toilet (foyer) did seem a little narrower. I think this has been done to increase the number. Bit difficult if heavily pregnant I would think. All the seats are new so I felt really well supported. The only way to buy tickets now is at self service machines, however staff are at hand to help customers who have not used them previously.…
