We took a hike to reach Nymph Lake from Bear Lake. It was a moderate trail to reach the Nymph Lake. It is certainly not an ordinary lake. It's beauty was primitive. The water body was filled in with water lily or hyacinth, I can't...More

We hiked from Bear Lake up to Nymph Lake. The hike is ok but the lake is disappointing. The rest of Rocky Mountain National Park is a lot nicer than this area. If I had known how uninteresting Bear Lake and Nymph Lake are, I...More

Overall its a very cute lake. Its the first one you come across on this hike and probably the least impressive. However its still is beautiful, tons of Lilly pads, place to rest, the water is so still you can see reflections of the trees...More

This is an easy trail from the Bear lake parking lot. In July the water Lillies are blooming which provides a painterly touch to the beautiful lake.

It’s a little bit of a hike, but worth it. There is no hurry to get there so you can take your time. Views are very different so make sure you go around the lake.

Not a bad hike to get here. Yes an elevation to get through but worth it. Smaller lake. Sit down. Have a picnic lunch. Beautiful water lilies. Then keep going. The views around the lake are totally different. Then head to Dream Lake.

With two small children (4yr and 6yr), plus a senior we were able to slowly make it up to Nymph lake. We took many short breaks for water and rest, and once we reached the lake we rested in the beauty for quite sometime. Great...More

If crowds bother you, this is a little more secluded. It's a short, small incline, hike. There is no place in Estes Park that does not include beautiful views. You can continue on to a couple more lakes that are close by.
