This was a beautiful trail and waterfall, the trail was wet and has a lot of rocks and tree roots to step over so it is a bit of work. But it is a beautiful walk, and the falls are unique as you can walk...More

Several people as well as the guide mentioned this was an ok hike for beginners HOWEVER this is very steep straight up the mountain 1.5 miles to the falls. I would consider it more strenuous. It was pretty and rewarding once you got to the...More

An easy hike to the falls but can get very crowded. Usually fewer people on the trail beyond the falls but not much to see.

We only had the opportunity to do one hike while we were here. The hike to grotto falls is easy-moderate. There are some roots in the trail that can make it difficult. We saw quite a few different bugs and 2 salamanders! I read Parking...More

Quick hike up to a beautiful falls. You can walk behind it. Watch out for wildlife. Bears are active in this area. Didn't see any on our hike but we did smell what we imagined to be large wildlife very close to us. Reached to...More

Waited a year to hike in the mountains and it was well worth it. The hike is about 1.4 miles one way to the falls which words can not describe but being able to walk behind the falls makes up for it. The whole trail...More

These were the first falls we visited in the park and it was nice to be able to walk right behind them. The trail is ok, not to easy but it was fun to get there. I will highly recommend bringing rain gear. We started...More
