This spot is worth seeking out. It can be accessed by an ascending footpath from the main village. It has two small arches and is one of the natural wonders of this Dorset jurassic coastline.

Terrific example of land movement over millions of years. If you ever had difficulty visualising the stuff you learnt in Geography lessons then come here and you’ll instantly become an expert.

While the best views are available, make the most of the coastal paths. Get the walking boots and camera out!

Fantastic scenery and a great view from the top of the cliff back over Lulworth Cove. Easy walk up a gentle slope to get to the viewing area.

See how volcanic eruptions turn 180 degrees to 90 degrees or turn it into a circle. Marvel at the colours. At high tide admire the force of the waves.

Lovely walk from West Lulworth to Stair Hole on a quiet evening. Hardly anyone around. Lovely views of a kestrel hunting on the grassy area. Fascinating coastal landscape and good description of the geology on the sign. Nice and peaceful but probably best visited away...More
