We went here to have a picnic and we chanced upon 2 lover tortoises basking under the sun! What a lovely view!

This park is beautiful and has this amazing restaurant which is over 100+ years old. Beautiful layout with lots of seating options.

Enjoyed the mild Tokyo weather and the Christmas Market wandering through the Hibiya Park. also Swing and kids play areas. There is a Liberty bell donated by the US on a hill.

Big, nice with lots of trees, good for a leisurely walk or a jog. With some activities on weekends. Not crowded.

Not a destination park but if you are in the area and want a bit of breather, its a nice park to walk. The restaurant Matsumotoro is great for tea and snacks.
