We visited twice looking for the way to Minoh falls. The lady is very helpful and her English is very good. We went back on the same day in the afternoon to purchase the Osaka Amazing Pass. We spoke to the same lady again. She provided us more information that we expected, especially the value of using the pass on certain day. She also served you with smile :) .... so different to the tourist centre in Kawaguchiko that looked overworked.

We were suggested to use the Hanku multi day passes which saved us some money. I convinced that the Hanku train are in fact cleaner than JR trains

The staff were very helpful in helping me determine the best way to get to Kobe and Himeji castle. Letting me know of the best deal and giving me pamphlets to help me with my research. I had multiple inquiries but they were patient and understanding and were always ready to assist.

In the earlier morning, I want to use Hankyu pass to go from Kawaramachi Kyoto to Kobe 三宫 but I will have one large 26 inches luggage. Where can I store the luggage temporary for a day as I will ride same day pass to go back to stay at Ibis Hotel Osaka Umeda at the night.
Thanks

HI Donna,
cant really help specifically but maybe the station may have lockers. I don't recall how big that station is. maybe a direct inquiry to hankyu rail coy may assist. Could not the hotel where you are staying mind the bag for you. Japanese hotels are usually helpful in that area.
