We didn’t spend a long time here. Factory is under renovation so nothing much to really view. Mainly shopped at the retail stores. It’s a short walking distance to reach there from the station.

Famous factory of cookies & cakes is located in the park. Explore the building with a restaurant on top & exhibits inside. At certain times of the day, there are shows on the tower. The park is beautiful, full of flowers

October is autumn in Sapporo with average temperature from 7 c to 16 centigrade. To answer your question, no snow in october

I was there in July 2018. The factory is under renovation till next year. You will not be able to see any manufacturing. As for the cookie class. We went when they opened in the morning and got in our choice of classes.
