It was raining and blowing strong winds. But we still went to take a quick look. Nice rocks. We even saw 3 people swimming there in the cold!!! This is a small park which seems good walking distance for young and elderly.

Keelung Peace Island took me by surprise when I visited, as it has really amazing views of the coastline and the natural rocks. This place is very accessible (take bus 101/102 from Keelung train station, about 30 min journey). Must-visit!
