What is unique about this mall is that it has 18 floors. I suspect it is due to the limited space it has so it can only grows upward. They have dedicated floors for different categories, including food court, specialty restaurants, etc.
Like Mitsukoshi, Sogo is a Japanese department store that Taiwanese people are familiar with. The building is a little bit old, but otherwise it is a nice place for shopping. There are also some good restaurants inside.

This department store is a little different to others. Sure it has all the big brands, but if you want more boutique, local made, and local brands that are good quality and very reasonable prices, this place is worth a look.
