The cable car is actually very enjoyable giving you a great view of taipei city. The height is pretty good athough I did not expect it to be that high. Stop at the top for tea and snacks or visit the temple midway.

Yes, most of the Gondolas are not with a glass floor. Infact one in 5 are the glass floor ones
