I went there when sakura is very beautiful, but crowded. Anyway it worth for it. Basically there is a free bus to Tianyuan temple but if you hate waiting and the long line you can take another bus cost only 15TWD.

We visited there on 11 Feb. There are so many cherry blossom here. It can take a taxi from Taipei Main Station to Tianyuan temple. It costs around 600 NTD.
