The building itself is beautiful, and it had a great number of books inside. Even the English collection is a pretty good size. The checkout system is pretty finicky, so be warned about that.

I've ever had amazing experiences during I stayed in Taichung - Constantly reading at day and jogging at night for two months in NLPI, so far it is still memorable for me to cherish such a wonderful period.
