Not worth the visit. There wasn’t much to see, things seem to be under construction at the moment. We walked into the cafe which said it was closed though lots of people were eating there, perhaps a private function.

This area is full of Taichung's youth discovering their art style. It's free to walk around and look at the budding and professional artists' galleries, and some things can even be purchased. Refreshments can also be bought.
