It seems like every major city in Taiwan has a former factory property turned art district and this one is one of the better ones. The bonus is that it’s also within walking distance to the main railway station. Lots of private studios and stores,...More

Easily accessible. Place of arts and leisure. Worth to play a visit for around 2 hours. Good for photo-taking

The buildings seem well kept, but contrary to the name of the site 'Cultural and Creative Industries', there wasn't much to see or to do. If you are on a tight schedule, you can skip this.

Very creative museum to visit while in TaChung. Somewhere near to the TaiChung main station. If its a Monday, most of the museum is a rest day in Taiwan!

Off Fuxing Road, not far from the Train Station, is this neat little gem with rotating free art galleries. And then you can chill out and have a beer or water right there. Totally worth a go.

This area is full of Taichung's youth discovering their art style. It's free to walk around and look at the budding and professional artists' galleries, and some things can even be purchased. Refreshments can also be bought.

I stumbled upon this place by chance, and I'm so happy I did! there are artworks outside which give great pictures, and several indoors exhibits, all for free. When I visited there was an especially large exhibit on chinese calligraphy and paintings, which was seamlessly...More

Very boring, not recommended. On the day we visited, there is only an exhibition of paintings painted by Taiwanese primary school students. And there are lots of mosquitoes.
