A wonderful and relaxing place to explore. It’s full of beautiful surprises and hidden spots. I think it’s wonderful that the government designated this as a National Park, it really is a treasured spot!

We toured this park and went to several locations within the part as of the 5 day round Taiwan tour. The vistas are just amazing and there are lots of places to walk.

Come for the decent hike and stay for the breathtaking views at the observation tower. Mountains and ocean galore. You may even see a monkey. Enjoy the caves as well.

You need a couple of days to explore and get a feel for the place, ideally in a car or bike/scooter. Lovely coastline, mountains and lush green plains.

We spent 5 days here, and having thr beach was a welcome relief from the heat. There is some nice little bays to go swimming in.

Get a scooter to get around, otherwise you’ll be blowing tons of cash on taxis. Less powerful bikes if your international drover’s license is not motor cycle rated.
