No worries; if you are used to climbing stairs! There is no rock climbing involved when visiting the 3 sites open to the public. 20 m stairs (Canada do Inferno) or 3 km total walk (Ribeira de Piscos) are the most challenging sections, but not that much. Penascosa is the easiest site to access.
