Island tour is the best thing to do in Port Barton especially swimming with friendly turtle was very amazing to experience and explore the water... Beautiful nature itself and not very crowded like El Nido and the some of the corals are just perfect....

U can book it on the beach, there are a few spots, or through the place u r staying at. Don't know about an option for a pickup from PPS for the Island Hopping.
