Hello, maybe you already know Port Barton is a small and very calm village. Anyway you can enjoy: islands hopping tours (ask to Yellow house, they have their own boat - 700/1.000 pesos pp); very nice walking to the wonderful white beach (entrance fee 25 pesos pp); nice waterfalls. Different options for food and drinking (during my stay, 1st week of November, lot of happy hour offers). I wish you a wonderful honeymoon.
P.S. If you travel with a light luggage, consider to rent a motorbike to go around Palawan
