The botanic garden is just 15-20 min to drive from Brussels city center. The garden is a great place to take rest, walk and enjoy the green. Will surely recommend!

Starting with the magnolia trees in early Spring and ending with the wild roses in mid-June (depending on the weather of course) these gardens are well worth a visit. If you live close by it is a relaxing afternoon walk any time of the year...More

King Leopold II bought the castle and the park for his sister Charlotte, the widow of Maximilian, the former Emperor of Mexico. This explains the presence of a small greenhouse of Balat, the architect of the royal greenhouses in Laken. Fabulous collection inside the huge...More

Fascinating botanic garden in 10-15 km from Bruxelles city centre. You need an extra ticket bus to get there and a lot of walking love! The self service is a bit too expensive..

Plenty to do and inexpensive admission prices. Lots of different areas to explore. The only downside is the restaurant; expensive prices for poor quality food, and drinks are ridiculously pricey (3.5 € for a small bottle of water. We’ll go back, but with a picnic!

Not much was in bloom on the grounds but the greenhouse had tons of things to see. Huge variety of beautiful plants. Take thd metro to noord station and then bus 250. Runs about every 30 minutes.

Spent a lovely, sunny afternoon at the Botanical Gardens , wished we had longer, as 2 and a half hours was not long enough to do everything. It was so nice to escape the centre of Brussels and have a walk around some greenery. The...More

There is a bus stop at the entrance of the park but I do not know the number. It has to be DeLijn. Sorry, I cannot help much.
