this is place with very special landscapes. Local peoples believe that one and the prophets (Khalid) buried in there and built three tombs for him two other of his followers and there are became a pilgrim place for Iranians. also there is a wonderful cemetery...More

This amazing place is for who like to trekking and hiking in nature. northeast part of Iran is an amazing area with Turkmen people and culture. Not too much history is available in this part but unique sites just make it amazing.

Khalid Nabi Shrine is a must see in northeastern Iran. The best time for visiting this place is spring when the area is green and you can have beautiful scenery over there.

Not only is there an amazing cemetery but the view from the shrine is simply amazing.....thousands of hills in a 360 degree view...all with no trees and all brown. There is a hostel near here if you want to sleep.
