Westerners don't go to Baglung. They go right by it on their way to or from their Annapurna circuit and Poon Hill treks, but it was clear talking to the hotel owner and wandering around town that we were a rarity. For me, that alone...More

If you are down by the river, absolutely take a taxi or bus up to Baglung, It would be a long climb. Once you are in Baglung, the temple is at most a kilometer, a gentle grade down for a couple of hundred meters and then... More
