Close to Sydney’s second CBD, Parramatta, but seems like a long way from anywhere. Freshwater lake, convict built dam, row boats, fresh air, moderately aerobic walk through the bush around the lake circuit and a great cafe at the start/end.

There is a lot of parking, but it can be hard to find space on really hot days or during school holidays. It is a great place for a picnic breakfast, so take some food and drink and let the day start peacefully.

The park has a good walk roughly 1 hour, BBQ facilities shaded grounds, a cafe and is well maintained

so fun lots to do (rent boats and paddle boards, BBQ's, nice temperature water, bushwalk and great for photography) its excellent and its so easy to find, you're also aloud dogs and its a great place to walk them great family feel too

There is heaps of parking there. You drive into the reserve and lots of parking few seconds and few minutes away. Parking is also free.

No, but there is a path that takes you down below it and up to the track on the other side.
