Any one visiting Kumbakonam should not miss oppiliappan temple. A divine experience. Only issue is car parking. No dedicated car parking available. A must visit perumal temple.

One of the 108 divya desams in India. Very auspicious for all Hindus, particularly for people from Vaishnava sect. Wonderful temple, well maintained and highly spiritual. We had good darshan and pooja on Rama Navami day.

as advised by our colleagues, it is better to stay at Kumbakonam wherein you can have good hotels as per your choice. It is just 6 Kms distance from Kumbakonam to Uppiliappan temple.
