The idol. Here is made. Of. Gold as. Told. To us by our driver. Its a small temple which only a local would guide you to.. Can go in the evening after watching the sunset and returning to you resort..

It is bit quite place. It is said that the Ganesh statue is made of pure gold. One can visit this place while returning from rock garden after watching the sunset.

The idol of the Lord Ganesha is installed in the traditional position,along with his consorts,Riddhi-Siddhi, standing on either side.Ganesha Jayanti is celebrated with great pleasure and joy here.

It is situated in the main malvan market. Ample local transport available from hetels. Temple is maintained very well, filled with positive spirit. You can visit local market for purchasing "konkani mewa" i.e. cashews, kokam extract, Amba Poli (dry alphanso pulp) and lot many items....More
