I have been to every market in Phuket and the deals ARE better here, but most of it is covered and hot. Not good for people who don’t like tight spaces with a lot of people and no air. Old town Sunday market is much...More

We went to the Phuket Weekend Night Market to see if the reality was as good as what we were told. It's a huge well laid out labyrinth of alleyways. 100's of little shops. Albeit much was 'same same', but nevertheless it was the best...More

Phuket night market is huge! What you can't find, you don't need. Take at least 4 hrs to walk around and bargain. There is a big area of food also, so a trip with shopping and a dinner is recommended. This market is where the...More

They will use 1 km length of the road. So you can imagine how many tenants are there to offer you the tasty food, art souvenirs, and some street wear. You should buy pad Thai and Thai tea here.

We visited the night market in June on a Sunday. We were able to get a taxi there from our hotel in Patong beach for 500 baht and was about a 40 minute drive. The market was huge. So many stalls and great bargains. We...More

There are stalls filled with many items and we barely scratched the surface with our visit. We went straight to food section and it was crazy to see all the different foods we did not even know existed! Wish we could have spent more time...More

It's about ten miles. Perhaps less. Taxi prices are set locally and displayed but we got better prices by bartering with the drivers. They say the prices are set but they do lower prices when asked. I think it was about 500... More

Yes the bus goes to Phuket town but it stops every so often and no aircon it can be trying!Rather take a taxi and because its a night market rather not travel at night on buses.
