So serene that it would make you forget everything else.! You can go till last checkpost on tibbat boarder and it is surrounded by mountains and fiercely flowing Baspa River..! The sound of water and cool breeze and the scenery is to die for..!!

The last village before Indo-Tibetan border is as scenic as it gets. The surrounding mountains, the whispering Baspa, the pristine Doedar forests make it an ideal destination to unwind.

Hi Joydeep, In some places you might find heavy snow (Kalpa and Chitkul) during Dec, so you might have to keep the plan a little flexible based on if any road is closed. Plan for 5 days atleast.

There are a few hotels to stay in Chitkul. It is suggested to travel there with prior booking.

This question is not related to chitkul, this area is in kerala the distance is around 120 KM the present road conditions are not good . better avoid travel in this area because of flood situation.
