Simone, the guide is a lovely fellow who matches the horses to you, based on your ability and experience. However the horses are very docile and well behaved. Its a lovely experience to ride in the valley and stop to taste fruit off the trees. It is not suitable for very young children however - they need to be at least 10 years old. But it is nonetheless an enjoyable experience, which is well worth the price. Depending on the ability of the riders and the people riding, the guide may take you through the stream or even for a gallop - but unless he is confident you can make it, he will not risk it. But it is worth asking him, if you want to do it.
