Visited January 2021, felt safe around. Security patrols were present to maintain social distancing especially around the lake where the Koi Fish are. Used to be too crowded in that area. Restaurants around were all following safety protocols. The park was well maintained.

We went to Nuvali as part of an educational tour. The view is amazing, we love to move here one day. The fishes are such eye candy. Koi's are big and beautiful. We went there again just to drive around. The place is wonderful.

IF there's no such word as a perfect place to live, then Nuvali could be considered near perfect. And for the elderly and retirees, it's an ideal site to spend the rest of your life. Why? First, you are living on a big nature park complete with a 4-ha. man-made lake, tree lined avenues, with modern hospitals, supermarkets, cinemas, big banks, hotels and even world class schools nearby where you could do part-time teaching or volunteer work. There are townhouses, condominiums, houses, villas. duplexes and other types of dwellings under the Ayala Land brands. The highways inside the park are wide enough for all--motorists, bikers and joggers. On Sundays and holidays, some roadways are made one-way to give way to morning joggers and bikers who travel as far as Tagaytay's People's Park. The elderly citizens -- either biking or jogging-- are safe in the park due to road sharing arrangement on Sundays. For the adventurous, there is the wakeboarding lagoon. A golf course is located nearby. In fact Nuvali's development has reached down to Canlubang area, which was earlier known as the Yulo estate. The roads within Nuvali are reserved for residents, tenants and clients for establishments within both the residential and industrial areas of Nuvali. To get a car pass to gain entry into the gated villages within the park you have to have to establish deposit accounts in banks located within Nuvali. You need the authority from the bank manager or the homeowners' president .

A great place to unwind and have fun. There is urban and suburban parts of the park. So whether you like to relax by shopping or relax with nature, you can do both. What another great part of this park, its that its very clean. A great location won't be truly great till its very clean. And this place is just that. The side-walks are always swept, there are proper bins in nooks and crannies, and the fish pond water doesn't smell. So whether you're a family guy, an Instagrammer or a person who just wants some peace and quiet, this place is for you.
