Easy enough to find if you're driving yourself. I would drive straight to where they are on Google Maps and park alongside the beach. We parked at the nearby playground which is fine if there's no space otherwise.
Started with some instructions on paddle boarding and then some practice sessions which were important for beginners. Fell in a number of times before getting the hang of it but you don't need to stand in any case, you'll be perfectly fine sitting or kneeling and can go faster that way. There's a boat alongside at all times for safety and for getting pictures.
We set off down the coast, at a nice easy pace, and stopped for snorkeling at a small beach bay. There's not much on the beach but some nice snorkeling to look at the fish. Followed by some snacks.
Then returning the way we came stopped at some interesting sea caves followed by optional small cliff jump. The staff will take pictures so no need to have your phone unless you've got a floating phone bag.
I would recommend to wear the life jacket for when you fall in it's easier to get back onto the board, don't bring shades as you'll likely lose them in the water, bring swim shoes but only wear them for the beach/sea caves, we found it easier to board without them.
Guides are lovely people and will have tips for you. We had a great time!
