Stopped here on the way to Agistri. It is a very beautiful island just a short trip from Pireus on the ferry.

This island is heaven on earth: calm, peaceful, beautiful weather, amazing beaches and amazing bars/restaurants (for a reasonable price). Highly recommend people to visit!

Lovely little island - chill for a few days & catch some rays on the beaches or take a day trip. I'd definitely recommend renting a quad bike to check out the island if you're just going for the day, they're €25 to rent from...More

The Waterfront in Aegina is small but pleasant. Shops or restaurants appear to be doing good business especially in summer. Aegina is known for good pistachios (first brought from Aleppo, Syria )and these can be bought from the Waterfront. Do try the pistachio ice cream...More

a small island but a bustling capital town. everything you can want is here. the rest of the island is idilic beautiful and full of that true Greek experience can easily loose a week or 2 on this island and the people

With the ferry you are in 40 minutes in aegina. A nice trip to be out of the city. The place is friendly but a bit dated.
