I definetely recommend to visit La Laguna or El Dorado. One reasone is the history and legends, You all definitelly know the City of Gold :) Another reason is the origin. Try to search about three interesting theories :) I have to warn You tho....More

Lake Guatavita is a very nice lagoon To see it at its maximum you need to climb to the top of a mountain 3,000. Need to be prepared to climb around 150 steps to get to the top. Nice echological trip.

High altitude and heat made this otherwise gentle gradually uphill 2k hike alot harder but good guide with frequent foto stops and encouragement kept us going- well worth it at top ciews amazing ethereal magical. A must.
