It specializes in the revival of the ancient Greek way of life at the time when the great Greek doctor lived.It consists of an Oikos , an ancient Greek house-n exact replica of a house of this period, a Philosopher s Arcade and a Stone Built Theater: Dancing Satyrs Theater.In these buildings we will pursue philosophical and spiritual matters and we will make our acquaintance with the ancient Greek medicine and daily life.

This is the place to go if you are on Kos and want to learn About the Island and it's history. Hippokrates did live on the Island and this Center Displays what he did, the plants which he used in what way on which illnesses....More

Great place! We felt there home. Peaceful, with a friendly owner who served us with an original herbal tea and had time to talk. We had great time there even though it was raining. Thanks a lot for such a kind reception.

It was a little bit difficult working out what part of the ruin's we were looking at, as all the description notice boards were empty.

Not much to see really. We saw the ruins because we visited kos town but it wasn't that great. The rest of the town was nice though.

Such a beautiful place, well kept garden with flowers and fruit trees, gorgeous house and grounds along with. The host is wonderful, she creates such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, all her products and handmade but she doesn't try and force you to purchase anything....More
