Summer tobogan and the nearby climbing games for kids are really fantastic - the family may easily spend 1-3 hours there and even you may eat there somting tasty. Don't miss it if you are travelling in that direction.

On a hot summer day we (incl. the dog!) thoroughly enjoyed taking the cable car up to the mountain and doing some walking up there. The views are very beautiful. We also had a lunch in one of the many restaurants that can be found...More

Always a memorable experience. I've been there at least a dozen times. It's very easy to take the bus from Graz. The hike up is not too strenuous and the Seibahn is not expensive and well worth it for the view.

The Schoekl mountain is very beautiful, you can either hike up or take the cable car. In summer there are cows walking around with their bells on, a nice sight for tourists, and in winter when you look out from the top of the mountain...More

I went to the Schöckl mountain with bus 250 from Graz, Jakominiplatz. The journey takes around 35 minutes. During my visit there were few people and some cows at the top :) It offers good view of surroundings, also the city of Graz is visible...More
