Lovely place to visit. Out of season when we went so not to busy. We hired a car rather than organised trip. Easy enough to find. Cheaper out of season to.

The Seven coloured Earths is nice to see as part of a day trip of the south of Mauritius. The sugar plantation it is set in is also beautiful. If you have time here you can hike and see really amazing waterfalls

Was slightly sceptical at what seemed a lot of interest over this attraction. However it is certainly worth the visit and I was left impressed. The site also has spectacular views of the Chamarel Waterfall before you reach the Seven Coloured Earth site - so...More

We visited in a bit of a rush but I have no regrets. It was a humid, post-cyclone day out and the sands were still a bit wet but it was fun to see nonetheless. There's a lovely curio shop as well as a cafe...More

Yes, local taxis can take you there. Your resort / hotel will assist with the order of the taxi. They can be very expensive- remember to confirm the price before.
