Was great to stop here, walk around the lavender flowers, savour the blueberry ice cream slowly whilst hoping Mt Fuji-san would peek out from the clouds (she didn’t). Blueberry ice-cream is 250 Yen at the stands vs 350 Yen in the shop but the extra...More

Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center is a small building that allows you to buy food and souvenirs. Right next to Natural Living Center is the Oishi Park. Even though the flowers were not in bloom when I visited on 15 May 2018, the panoramic view of...More

Nice view of Mt. Fuji with its foreground of Lake Kawaguchiko. The tourist center has good soft serve ice cream, especially the Blueberry-Vanilla Swirl. The flowers surrounding the center were also beautiful even though there were a lot of tourists.

It provides a closer view of Mt Fuji but is the very last stop of the red sightseeing bus route. The blueberry ice cream was great as previous reviews stated. Getting back to Kawaguchiko station will take awhile as there will be a queue for...More

Basically it is a garden, during winter it is hardly any color in this area, but still it is maybe one of the best spot to have Mt. Fuji picture. There's also a coffee shop and they offer a very good Ice Cream, and also...More

The blueberry soft cream is very nice - must try. Lots of seating area around the park to sit and enjoy your day out with Mount Fuji.

Stopped for a coffee on a rainy bike ride and although no views on Fuji on this day the gardens were pretty and the coffee good. Also a great souvenir shop.

As the name implies, it is a place to relax in the lap of nature, beside a picturesque lake and rolling hills. Mt Fuji looks over the place to add the grandeur and the ephemeral beauty, seeking which people throng at Kawaguchiko. The sightseeing buses...More
