Pretty village, very agricultural with crysanthemum flowers. Nice location - in a valley. However, I found only a few old Hui houses, rest though built in the same style look like new constructions.

Very touristy !! Have to walk through several vendors just to enter the village. The ancient homes were not well taken care of and some people used for storage.most of the vendors sold the same things: cedar, yellow flower tea, wood combs and knickknacks

not worth the time. once you get in, you have to walk through 500 meters of stalls of merchants before even getting close to the village (they loop around like an airport security line). once you get through these, you will get to more stalls...More
