It showcases our ancient times' rulers of the region, worth a visit if you are in Chamba Or drive down from Dalhousie which is about 2-3 hours drive.weather is cool & the people are really helpful for tourist.

Walkable from any point in the main city.Dependes on the intrest in history you can spend 2-3 hrs .Cameras allowed at extra cost.Sourrounded by plenty of eatries .Best time is to go by 11 am. As ususal lot of historical items .Water fountains designs made...More

You can find rare inscriptions, musical instruments , arms and armours . The collection of coins, jewellery ,traditional costumes is amazing . The local Kings of Chamba had collected many artefacts and paintings . Governor Amolak Rattan Kohli

It houses good collection of pahari style miniature paintings. Worth visiting. Parking is an issue but it is manageable.

This is a very nice small museum at Chamba, it is closed on Mondays, on other days you can have a quick round of this museum.
