We found this a delightful way to get to Kuranda. The views were excellent, there were virtually no queues and there were two opportunities to get off and take a short walk through the rainforest.

DO NOT miss this experience., The views are incredible - especially on the decent back to Smithfield and if you do a return trip its well worth a good, long stroll around Kuranda.
