Visited with our 2 boys aged 8 and 5. Spent the afternoon paddling up and down stream. Had a lovely time. Loos on site.

Took a group of 13-14 year olds for a field trip - had the best day ever Jumping in and out of the stream, even the quietest kids had fun

Great trip out for all ages of children Lovely walks Good fun for kids playing in the stream and the rood swings good too Toilet and cafe there Only negative is the parking and I ended up on the road which wasn't ideal

Great day out with older and younger children. We took our wellies and walked through the stream for hours the children enjoyed all the tunnels and challenges to get through the deep parts of the stream and enjoyed the rope swings on our way. Eventually...More

Visited today for the first time. We got there at 9am & had the place to ourselves until 11am! Parking was free as we have a 'discovery pass' but otherwise its very reasonable. Handy toilets on site & little cafe opened at lunchtime - handy...More

On the hottest day of the year with 2 young children this was a blessing, lovely clear shallow water for paddling in the shade of the trees, grass to stretch out on. We went on a weekday afternoon, very busy at weekends. Really nice way...More

Good facilities and very friendly locals. Often lots of children paddling at different points in the stream. Room to spread out for picnics and BBQs. Dog friendly.

Didn’t look like it, but there were plenty of rocks etc dotted about that had signs of BBQ use
