- Vera BajadoDasmarinas City, Philippines20 contributionsBeautiful white sand and Instagrammable spotsBeautiful white sand and Instagrammable spots. My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The beach is actually at the edge of Philippines, in the West Philippine Sea, so be prepared for a very long drive or long travel. In the morning, we got to experience the sea on low tide and saw some marine life in the surface such as sea urchins, starfish and some shellfish.Visited December 2020Written February 14, 2021

1. Beauty of the beach - the sand is naturally powdery yellowish, quite nice. The surrounding nature is still pristine, and if you want to enjoy fresh sea air and swim by the sea, this is a nice place.
2. Safe for swimming for kids - I don’t think this is safe for swimming for kids. They can waddle or play by the shore, but not swim beyond the shore area. The waves are quite big them.
3. Facilities - it was our first time going there, we came from Manila and not much info on the beach. I have no idea which resort to go to, the resort we went to was 1 hour drive. We came at this place “Nature’s Resort”…Php 50 for parking and Php 500 for a bamboo table below the trees. It was not not not worth it. The toilet was completely yucky and you have to pay upon entrance. The table is not really nice and sturdy. There were kind of drunk guys near the place and we didn’t feel safe so we had to leave after just 2 hours of staying.
4. Cleanliness - near the shore was clean! I hope it will be maintained. At the tables were not so, trashes everywhere are still tolerable.
5. Price - please see items 3 and 4 above. It is pricey from what you will actually get.
The beach and sand is quite nice but there are several factors that will not make me go back. The tourist help desk is also tucked at a side, you won’t easily see them if you are new to the place. I think this is a beach for those who want to have IG worthy photos and not really going to stay for the experience.

After a disappointing trip to Bolinao Falls, this was a welcome surprise. Nice beach, lively and clear waters.

Great beach if not too crowded. Try to come before the afternoon and on a weekday and you will enjoy. Watch the kids cause of the undertow of the waves.

The water is warm and the beach is well-maintained. Bring an umbrella because there isn't a lot of natural shade, and if you're a pale white ghost like me you're going to need to reapplying sunscreen often. Sand is unbelievably soft and white.

I've been in Patar Beach, Bolinao Pangasinan many times and the landscape view is so fulfilling, the sand was so pure alike in Boracay Island, to one's liking the sea breeze at night, the waves and the peace that i've felt while i'm there is immeasurable. So if you have the chance to visit Pangasinan, Patar Beach is highly recommended.

Went there to catch the sunset and it was okay. The toilet facilities are sub standard for a popular place.
