I did the Flying Fox, and I'm so scared of heights and speed, but by the time I got to the top of that MASSIVE hill and took in those AMAZING views I didn't have time to freak out! Loved the DVD I got with it as well - I had that cartoon effects where my cheeks rippled from the... More

the thought of pushing myself from an 80 m ledge from the bridge actually scared me more than going out on patrol in Afghanistan last year. Even though i knew it was safer I was more at home knowing what to do if there was an incident there than dealing with the process of actually jumping from any height. I'm... More

Mokai gravity canyon has some of best attractions in New Zealand in one venu, the sights on the drive out to the venu is even worth the trip. The staff are very freindly and helpfull and are all knowladgable on the bunjy, swing bridge and flying fox. I recomend Mokai gravity canyon to every one.

I hate heights, my partner hates heights and his height-hating father gave us a trip on the flying fox for Christmas. I was so reluctant but having tried the flying fox I would go back over and over again. It is exciting, exhilarating, beautiful and not tooo scary. I kept smiling throughout. The staff are reassuring and fun. Finally, gravity... More

We recently visited Wellington while on a cruise and took Capital Taxi's driver "Terri" to Taihape. We took the 3 hour drive through lush, green rolling hills of New Zealand in late November with ease. The signs leading to Gravity Canyon are little difficult to interpret (even for our Kiwi driver), but we finally found it. My Dad thought I... More

We visited as a family, so I took the kids on the bridge chair-drop. It was awesome....I can only say that those crazy dudes that came screaming past, all three at once, were totally loving the flying fox. If you want speed, get to the Gravity Canyon. Massive.

Mokai Gravity Canyon is fantastic. I've been on the flying fox three times with three different friends - it is awesome! I felt like I was flying - down through the canyon and over the river. I just loved it - but next time I would appreciate a ride up to the platform! Then I might go again! It's quite... More
