It is an ancient Hindu Temple situated on Bank Of Bharathapuzha river. The temple was the venue of the Mamankams, a festival celebrated once in 12 years from at least the 8th century AD. Good architecture . Historic place

The temple is situated on the Banks of river Bharathapuzha, Guruvayur. The view of the temple was very beautiful.Must visit. Very divine.

Near Kutta nadu.and Guruvayur.If you are driving enquire and drive on the right road as the temple is located interior bit difficult to locate one in 108 Vaishnava Divya desams.; shrardham /Rituals for departed souls are performed here on the river banks.
