I saw this one-temple-only complex in my journey back from Arjuna Temple complex. You can see this temple from your car, but it's quite worth if you just park your car and then walk a little bit to closely enjoy this temple. It is nicely...More

Candi Bima is located just by the roadside on the way to the Sikidang Crater. So it is easy to visit if you are visiting the crater. A flight of steps leads from the road to the Candi which is located at the side of...More

The temple has been beautifully restored after 2013,so it is in good condition. It is historically and archeologically important. Of course it is small and not as spectacular as other Asian temples, but if you are interested in archeology it is week worth a visit

The entrance is on the east side. This temple is quite unique compared to the other temples, both Dieng and in Indonesia in general, due to the similarity with some temple architecture in India. The roof is similar to the shikara and cupped shaped like...More

Many Candis in Dieng. Altho some have enjoyed a connection to this particular one, I did not. The museum nearby is definitely worth a visit tho.

The Dieng Plateau is one of the most interesting parts of Java. Set more than 2000 metres above sea level, Dieng is the highest village on the island. This is one of those places where the whole area rather than any specific sight is the...More
