I like the idea of donating the profits from the sale of one special wine, to the homeless in Adelaide. Well done, you have amazing staff ‘Lilly & Rachael’. This stop was a relaxed nonetheless quality and informed, venue for wines.Visited May 2023Traveled with friendsWritten May 29, 2023

Our host Rachel was excellent, walking us through their range of Shiraz wines. Their Garden series didn’t disappoint but the Ares is just outstanding!Visited August 2023Traveled with friendsWritten August 11, 2023

He took the time to go through each wine with us along with guiding us through the different regions. It was a great educational experience but personal one. We visited several cellar doors throughout the Barossa, and Two Hands really stood out. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks to Mitch for such a great memory!Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten January 5, 2024

As we had our Frenchie we looked for a dog friendly winery and came across Two hands winery. We were greeted by Rachel and we paid $15 for the wine tasting. We were served 8 different wines, which were great and a fantastic explanation of each wine. Rachel was lovely and we both agreed that it was the best and most informative wine tasting that we had ever experienced.Visited March 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten March 14, 2024

This lovely restored late 19th century stone cottage cellar door has a very sleek, modern and understated interior with some counter and table tasting areas and some precarious glass displays. There is also an outdoor verandah area however the weather did not permit us enjoying that.
There were four different tasting flights available at $15 per person, $35 per person, $45 per person and a private tasting experience at $150 per person.
We opted for the $15 per person which covered tasting wines from their Picture, Garden, Single Vineyard, Twelftree and Flagship ranges. All of the wines we tasted were reds as it appears that this is what Two Hands focus on, there being only four whites, a sparkling and two fortified wines in amongst the nearly 40 wines listed on their Order Form.
Our delightful host Matilda took us through the history of the vineyard, the differences between the various ranges of wines, explained the individual wines we tasted and answered our many questions well. We enjoyed the Yesterday's Hero Grenache and the Flagship Ares Shiraz.
Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

We visited for a tasting but got an amazing experience made possible through the exceptional customer service, passion and knowledge delivered by Tilly (not forgetting Rachael 😉). For those who want a beautiful setting, amazing wines from affordable everyday drinkers to the special bottles and the cellar for investment. This was relaxed nonetheless quality and informed. Well done you have amazing staff, venue and wines. Also some innovate methods for growing which I am sure will deliver to superb tastes. Don’t be afraid to go with no knowledge and walk away tasting something different and learning something new.

Two Hands Winery was our favourite of the cellar door experiences we had in the Barossa.
The cottage style cellar door is beautiful, the wine selection is very extensive with some great quality wines for tasting.
We found the staff very helpful and we were looked after very well. Mitch took us through our tasting and was very patient with our many questions.
Two Hands will be on my list next time I’m in the Barossa!

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon with the team at two hands sampling the most delicious wines. The cellar door is in the cutest cottage overlooking the gorgeous green fields. Must do when in the Barossa Valley!
