Definitely need a car to access this incredible spot, or hiking for a day. But the surreal view is worth it, with the shining sea and gust of air. I felt out of Japan, out of Earth!

Combine with Kuniga coast! Nice atmosphere, views, tiny flowers, horses, cows and eagles. Might be a bit windy. Perfect for a clear day.

When me and my friend first arrived at Matengai, we were awed by how beautiful and peaceful the whole place was. We practically had the whole place to ourselves! The walk is very manageable and the views are exceptional !
